Thomas James, LLC is a private investment firm that provides junior (mezzanine) and senior credit facilities as well as equity capital to profitable, small and middle-market distressed debt purchasers.
Because Thomas James is not reliant on the capital markets for funding, we are able to differentiate ourselves as a flexible investor that can provide any combination of subordinated debt, senior debt, preferred equity and/or common equity in either non-control or control ownership positions.
